SEN Teaching Assistant Opportunities Across Sussex

Reed Education are currently working with a range of fantastic schools across Sussex who are looking for SEN Teaching Assistants to join their teams. We have opportunities available in:

Worthing Brighton Chichester Littlehampton Haywards Heath Crowborough Uckfield

The Role

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be supporting pupils with a variety of additional needs, including autism (ASD), ADHD, SEMH, and learning difficulties. Roles may involve:

  • Providing 1:1 or small group support
  • Assisting with EHCPs and individual learning plans
  • Supporting behaviour management and emotional regulation
  • Helping to create an inclusive and engaging learning environment
  • Working closely with teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals
